By eliminating “LeakPAR” and delivering actionable intelligence, we empower hotels to reach their full revenue potential and enhance their guest and client relationships through enhanced accountability.

Our Story

RevPARUP was founded in 2025 by Fernando, an industry expert with decades of experience in hotel revenue management and corporate travel sales​. After years of witnessing the frustration of revenue managers missing their targets due to factors outside their control, Fernando set out to create a solution. He noticed the gap between negotiated corporate deals and actual realized revenue, and knew technology could bridge it. RevPARUP was born from his vision to combine deep hospitality know-how with smart, burgeoning automation and analytics.

The Team

Behind RevPARUP is a team of hospitality veterans and tech innovators. Our team includes former hotel revenue managers, corporate sales managers, data scientists, and software engineers – all working together to solve the LeakPAR problem. We’ve sat in the seats of our users and understand the pain points of chasing down compliance or manually analyzing reports. That’s why every feature of RevPARUP is designed to be user-friendly, impactful, and aligned with real hotel workflows.
